The Annunciation of Our Lord Parish was established in 1978, starting with just over 200 parishioners. Today, our parish has flourished into a culturally diverse community of over 2750 families.

Leader Bio:
Born, raised and educated in Haiti. Has been travelling to Canada since 1986. Ordained a Priest on the Holy Day of August 12th,1990 at the Cathedral-Basilica of Port-au-Prince. Ministered in Montreal as a Parish Priest and a Hospital Chaplain in the 1990's. Arrived in Hamilton Diocese in 2003.

This year, due to Covid-19, we are asking parishioners to pre-register for Christmas Masses. You may pre-register by calling the office at 905-388-2078, send an email to [email protected], or visit the office in person. Please include your name, address, phone number and email address, along with the number of people in your family who will be attending.
Christmas masses are as follows: December 24 at 5pm (with children) and 7 pm, and December 25 at 9:30 am and 11:30 am. Thank you for your understanding.

Annunciation of Our Lord Church History
Founded or erected on October 1st,1977 by His Excellency Msgr. Paul Reding, 7th Bishop of Hamilton.
Founding Pastor: Fr. John Dwyer. He gathered his flock for Sunday Masses at the gymnasium of St. Jerome School which will become later Annunciation of our Lord School.
The current church was dedicated as the 120th parish of the diocese, on Sunday, May 10,1981 on its 125th Anniversary year by Bishop Paul Reding.
