Who we are
Our Vision
We are a Particular Baptist church replant on Church Hill here in Walthamstow and desire to be:
1. A Biblically sound church with total devotion to expository teaching, interactive Bible Studies and one on each Bible explanation. We aim to achieve this through Sunday sermons, weekly Bible Study and scheduled private meetings.
2. A Biblically praying church where we will honour our God by giving Him all the praise and adoration and also present our requests before Him with the assurance that He will answer us and/or grant us the perseverance to wait on Him.
3. An evangelistic church where we will always go all out to the Walthamstow Market Square to preach our Jesus Christ to the needy world and knock on doors of surrounding houses and flats within the E17 postcode to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
So in a nutshell, we are a church that desire to:
1. Know God more through His Word
2. Pray to God with biblical understanding
3. Evangelise Jesus Christ to our surrounding neighbours.
Our Mission
In Luke 10:27, Jesus highlights what is most important in life. He says, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbour as yourself.” Love God. Love your neighbour. Grace Church, Walthamstow has these commands from God as our primary mission. How do we as a church best fulfil this mission? By fulfilling Christ’s great commission as laid out for His followers in Matthew 28:19-20 (ESV): “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Leader Bio:
My name is Olawale Akintunde AKINROGUNDE. My friends call me ‘Wale’. I am a current student at the London Seminary. The church is called Grace Church Walthamstow and is on the corner of Church Hill and Cairo Roads. God has given me the passion to see the lost brought into the care of Jesus Christ just as He has bought me. In doing this, I am unashamed to tell people about Jesus Christ. I have started and will continue to do this in Walthamstow. I also have a passion for youth work and really desire to see people grow in the Lord.In this church plant, Jesus Christ is The Shepherd. I am just an ordinary servant doing the work of The Master. I am a keen cyclist and do that often as a form of exercise. I am married with children.

Dear All,
Greetings to you all in the Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Our church corporate fellowship resumes tomorrow, 5th July 2020 as normal with our Bible Reading and Prayer at 3:30pm and our Lord’s Day Service at 4-5:15pm.
We have done the following for your protection:
The church seats have been arranged in bubbles with spaces between them and will be wiped clean after each use.
The doors will be wide open to allow space for all. We have also put a sanitiser bottle by the door.
The chairs, doors, windows and big table for group meetings have been cleaned.
If you don’t have a personal copy of the Bible, we will give you a copy from the church and ask you to take it home and bring for your weekly use. We will also give you a Hymn book.
Our Lord’s Table cups for the wine have been deep washed in boiled water, dried very well and stored in a sterile container but for now, we will be using disposable cups
Please, do not shake hands with anyone at this time and be free to leave if you need to.
Let us also continue to observe the Social Distance! We want to try our best possible to lessen physical contact.
O, how we long to give one another a big hug! Soon, God willing. Amen!
Every Blessing.

Teach me
Teach me, O God, to use all the circumstances of my life to-day that they may bring forth in me the fruits of holiness rather than the fruits of sin. Let me use disappointment as material for patience: Let me use success as material for thankfulness: Let me use suspence as material for perseverance: Let me use danger as material for courage: Let me use reproach as material for longsuffering: Let me use praise as material for humility: Let me use pleasures as material for temperance: Let me use pains as material for endurance.
