Welcome to East Doncaster Baptist Church, a Christian congregation open to the rich diversity that is found in both faith and life. As a community we seek to follow the life and teachings of Jesus which leads us to experience the goodness of God in ourselves and each other.
At EDBC we are more interested in exploring the questions of faith and life and seeking wholeness in all our relationships than in religious dogma and easy answers.
Our theme is Open and Vital Faith. Our teaching and preaching is shaped by following the way of Jesus; loving the world as God loves it and an openness to the changing winds of the Spirit.
All are invited to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 9.30 am. We are traditional in our style but always contemporary in our content. The hour of worship provides time for reflection, silence, inspiration and a focus on following God in the world today.
