Who we are
Our Mission
FOLLOWING CHRIST; ENGAGING OUR NEIGHBORS WITH THE TRUTH OF JESUS
First and foremost, we seek to follow Christ in obedience, becoming like Him and by participating in His mission of seeking and saving the lost.
In Matthew 4:19, Jesus links the call to follow Him with engaging our neighbors with the gospel when He said to His first disciples, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." We believe becoming better disciples involves making new disciples. Inward spiritual growth results in outwardly influencing others to follow Jesus, i.e., engaging our neighbors.
Biblically the term "neighbor" broadly applies to anyone and everyone. While we are called to love (any) neighbors as we love ourselves, we seek to engage these groups of neighbors with the truth of Jesus specifically and actively: People living in the neighborhoods surrounding our church People our members call neighbors (literal neighbors, co-workers, friends, etc.)

Grant us grace
0 Lord our God, grant us grace to desire Thee with our whole heart; that, so desiring, we may seek, and seeking find Thee; and so finding Thee may love Thee; and loving Thee, may hate those sins from which Thou hast redeemed us.
