Who we are
Welcome to Barneys.
We are a small friendly growing Anglican church on Sydney's north shore. We are a mix of old and young, different nationalities, families and singles. The thing that holds us together is a belief in Jesus and a love for one another and for our neighbours.
We'd love to welcome you to church at Barneys.
You can find us on the corner of William and Macquarie Street in Roseville East.
Our 8.30 service has all the riches of a traditional prayer book service with organ music.
Our 9.30 service has a kids program but is open to all.
At 6pm Barneys night church meets in a cafe style.
Alongside our services we're really pleased to have Grace Anglican Church meet at 11am on our site.
You might also be interested in our other service at Castle Cove.

St Barnabas Anglican Church Service Times
Sunday 8:30am
A traditional prayer book service is held each Sunday morning at 8:30 for our congregation and all those who value the richness of our Anglican liturgy.
Look forward to the Lord's Supper celebrated fortnightly, our beautiful organ and strong bible teaching every week.
We have morning tea after the service and you're welcome to stay for a chat and cup of tea.
Sunday 9:30am
On Sunday mornings we gather as a family wanting to encourage one another to follow Jesus.
There is teaching from the Bible that tries to connect with the life in 21st Century Sydney. We sing God's praises & come before him in prayer. We try and share our lives together.
Once a month we'll usually have the opportunity for a meal together - in winter it might be a simple hot soup, sometimes it's Mandarin Centre Food Court or picnic in a local park.
We also have a monthly service where the kids stay in and we do a Lords Supper service together.
Life can be crazy busy sometimes. It is worth taking time to slow down & listen to what God says is really important.
Since the church started at Castle Cove our numbers have been down a little. We're working hard to change that & see some new growth. We'd love to welcome you into the local church here. Just turn up any Sunday.
Sunday 6:00pm
Come along to our Sunday Night Church which meets cafe style in the hall next to church.
If you are interested in hearing more about this do drop us a line.
It's been more than 9 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.
