Who we are
We are an Anglican church in the heart of Oak Bay in Victoria, BC. As part of the Diocese of British Columbia we are members of the worldwide Anglican Communion.
Our parish began on October 4th 1911, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Since then, many Christians have lived faithfully through this community in the ministries of music, worship, service, fellowship, teaching and hospitality. We strive for excellence in music and liturgy and host a number of concerts each year.
We welcome and invite you to our church. You will find parking in our lot on Sundays and if not there is ample room along the surrounding streets. Our building is wheelchair accessible. You can find our office, and the chapel, through the cloister garden. During the week, the parking spots on the right handside of the lot are for church use.
When you come you bring the gift of "new eyes" and we welcome your questions about our community and about the God who gifts us with Life and one another.

Open our ears to hear
Blessed Lord, open our ears to hear what Thou speakest and our eyes to see as Thou seest. Give us hearts to beat in sympathy with Thine at the sight of every little child; and above all, our Lord, to understand and experience how surely and how blessedly Thou fulfilest Thy promise, "Whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me."
