Who we are
Welcome to Saint Peter's Roman Catholic Church, located in Woodbridge, Ontario, in the Archdiocese of Toronto guided under the spiritual direction of the Franciscan Friars from the Immaculate Conception Province, NY, USA.
Our faith community here at St. Peter's parish is alive and vibrant, eager to not only embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but to live it and share it with others. My desire and my hope is that this web site and the information contained here, may better serve your needs and to bring you just a little closer together with all of us.
I pray that all of us, wherever we may find ourselves at this moment, may be open to the boundless blessings that God our Father has in store for all "those who love Him". In the name of all of us here at Saint Peter's parish, be at peace with God. I am,
Your Humble Brother In Christ,
Father Michael Corcione, ofm Pastor

Out of The Cold Program
During Christmas Season, our parish participates in the Out of The Cold Program, by providing Christmas dinner at St. Patrick's Cathedral in downtown Toronto, an effort that is organized by the Secular Franciscans here at St. Peter's parish.
St. Patrick’s Out of the Cold is part of the cooperative Out of the Cold Program in downtown Toronto. Each winter many faith and community based organizations band together to ensure that on any night of the week people can find shelter, a meal and a bed as an alternative to sleeping outdoors and going hungry. St. Patrick’s has been a part of this program for about fifteen years now and on a regular basis serves meals to about three hundred people and offers overnight shelter for seventy five people.
What keeps it all running smoothly week after week can only be attributed to the Holy Spirit and a committed group of volunteers who have been doing the job for so long it all usually goes like clockwork. Volunteers are from Catholic parishes and from all other Christian denominations. As well, as many other groups and individuals. Â
