Who we are
The Anglican Parish of Saint Peter, Quamichan, (Duncan, BC, Canada) nestled in the Cowichan Valley, is an inclusive, warm, loving and welcoming community that invites all of God’s children into our midst. Our parish family is made up of people, just like you, from all walks of life and we welcome you wherever you may be on your journey of faith!
Our desire is to create an atmosphere that helps our members and visitors alike grow in Spirit, that each Sunday, in each of our services, each person will make that “Holy Connection” that will offer nourishment and sustenance for their lives...may each of us find the Peace of Christ as we come to worship our Lord.

The Anglican Parish of St Peter Service Times
Our 8:00 AM Sunday Service is taken from the Book of Common Prayer. This service is a contemplative style and offers quiet solitude and the Eucharist.
Our 10:00 AM Sunday Service is a contemporary Eucharist. The liturgy is taken from the Book of Alternative Services most Sunday’s of the month. Hymns are selected from Common Praise and from Songs for a Gospel People. A program for children and youth is available during this service.
Celtic Worship Service: On the second Sunday of the month (Sept –June) a Celtic Celebration Worship Service emphasizing Celtic Spirituality. Music is contemporary in nature for this service and we often feature our harpist, Marilyn Rummel.
Youth led Service: Several times a year our youth will be leading the Sunday service. Music is uplifting, joyful and contemporary. The use of distinctive music, drama and the arts enhance worship at this service and are used to tell the gospel story.

Inspire my thoughts
Holy Spirit of God, visit now this soul of mine, and tarry within it until the eventide. Inspire all my thoughts. Pervade all my imaginations. Suggest all my decisions. Lodge in my soul's most inward citadel, and order all my doings. Be with me in silence and in my speech, in my haste and in my leisure, in company and in solitude, in the freshness of the morning and the weariness of the evening. Give me grace at all times to rejoice in Thy mysterious companionship.
