Welcome to the St James Anglican Church
Local Shared Ministry Unit Kerikeri.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT To proclaim the love of God and so nurture love and care for all people
Local Shared Ministry is a way of structuring ministry so that the local church is responsible for establishing priorities for mission and ministry.
LSM helps us to recognise
That the congregation is a ministering community, not a community gathered around a minister. That every member is a minister. That all the baptised have gifts and are encouraged to release them for the good of the church. An opportunity for everyone to become involved and perform loving service
The structure of Local Shared Ministry involves guidiance from the Bishops Chaplain for LSM.
The Enabler, who is our Spiritual Director, Facilitator, Supervisor and Link with the Diocese and Trainer.

Saint James, Kerikeri
Sunday 8.00am Holy Communion
Half hour service (no hymns)
Sunday 9.00am Holy Communion
One hour service with hymns
Anointing and laying on of hands offered during and after the 9.00am service on the first Sunday of each month
Children's service at 10.15am on the second Sunday of each month.
Kerikeri LSM Unit Mission Churches
St Pauls, Whangaroa: First Sunday of each month. 9.00am Holy Communion
All Saints, Kaeo: Third Sunday of each month. 9.00am Holy Communion
Kerikeri Retirement Village Services
Conducted weekly at 4.00 pm in Ted Robinson Chapel- shared amongst the Anglican, Roman Catholic, Baptist and Union churches in Kerikeri. Anglican service every first Sunday of the month.
Every 5th Sunday
Ecumenical Service at different churches. Offertory donated to Bible in Schools.
