Saturday Lunches in the Church
Lunches are served in the Church and gardens (weather permitting) once a month, on the third Saturday. We use fresh local produce in our lunch menus as far as possible, so choices will vary according to food in season.
Typically, our menus include home-made soup and bread, Cottage pie, Sausage and Chips, Lasagne, Ploughman's lunch, Jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings and a selection of puddings including fruit crumbles and pies, flans, trifle and cheesecakes.
Fairtrade coffee and tea are avaialbe.
Reasonably priced at £1.75 for soup and bread, £3.50 for a main course, £2.00 for pudding coffee or tea available. Where else could you get a home-made, three course meal with generous portions at bargain prices - that's Value!
All ingredients, time and service are donated; all proceeds towards the running expenses of the Church.
