Barkham St James Service Times
Sunday
Morning Service
St James is a church committed to serving the whole family. Our service pattern reflects this. We run a staffed creche and a full programme for 3-14 year-olds during the service. We usually begin with everyone together in the Church, with children and young people leaving for their activities in the Village Hall after 15 minutes or so.
We also have several "all-age" services during the year, as well as a number of Church family lunches.
All are warmly invited to stay for coffee after the service.
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Family Communion
Once a month the children start off in the Village Hall then join us later when we share bread and wine as we celebrate Holy Communion together.
Every second Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cave - youth group
A youth group specifically designed for 14-18 year olds, where we play games, look at the Bible and pray together. Cave meets in Barkham Village Hall at 5.30pm and ends at approximately 6.40pm, when Cavers have the opportunity to stay on for the Sundays@7 service.
Meets during school terms.
Every Sunday at 5:30 PM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Sundays@7
A slightly more informal service with a range of people. We meet from around 6:45pm for tea and cake, before starting the 'formal' part of our meeting at around 7pm.

submit yourself to Him
The will of God for your life is simply that you submit yourself to Him each day and say, "Father, Your will for today is mine. Your pleasure for today is mine. Your work for today is mine. I trust You to be God. You lead me today and I will follow."
