Welcome to First Assembly of God of Fairfield! We are here to help people discover, develop, and demonstrate what it means to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Join us for a Sunday morning. Feel free to dress casual, or put on your Sunday best if you prefer. Our service begins at 10:30 AM. Leader Bio:
Pastor Eric Lura and his family have been a part of First Assembly of God of Fairfield since August of 2012. He has a passion to see lives positively impacted with the message of the Bible, and transformed through a personal relationship with God. Eric has been in Pastoral ministry for 20 years. He earned his B.A. in Church leadership from Bethany University, and his Masters degree in Christian Ministry from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Pastor Eric and his wife Holly are the proud parents of three wonderful children, David, Steven, and Sarah.
Hobbies/interests
Eric likes to exercise on a regular basis. He enjoys most anything outdoors such as camping, hiking, snow skiing, and just hanging out at the beach. He is also a multi-media enthusiast. Watching a good movie and tinkering with computers are also pastimes he enjoys.
Favorite bible verse
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” 2 Timothy 2:2.
