Pastor Houmphanh Vongsurith is a pastor for First Laotian Baptist Church Dallas. 3125 Peoria Street Dallas, TX 75212 since October 1993 until today. He was Lao Southern Baptist Fellowship (LSBF) president for three terms and he is now is the first United Lao Southern Baptist (ULSB) president to prepare Laotian Christian leaders for the next generation. Â
