Grace Church Markham Service Times
Regular Weekly Services
Sunday Services:
8:15 a.m. - Holy Eucharist
A quiet service without music. Generally known as “the Early Service”, this is a peaceful way to greet Sunday morning and start the new week in worship.
9:15 a.m. - Eucharist in the Round
A liturgy with the congregation gathered around the altar with the use of keyboard and guitars. This is an informal and refreshing way to start the week as we gather to offer praise and worship.
(This liturgy runs from the Sunday after Thanksgiving until Palm Sunday in the spring.)
10:15 a.m. - Holy Eucharist
A family service with choir. On the third Sunday of each month this service incorporates healing with laying on of the hands and anointing in the back of the church, for those who wish to participate, at the same time as communion Church School An entertaining and educational program for children in the church hall during the regular school year. The children join their parents in the church for the communion and the closing of the service.
Thursday Service:
10:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist
A friendly and informal service for those who wish to have communion and fellowship mid week. Followed by coffee in the Lounge and the regular meeting of the Winchesters quilting group.
