Leader Bio:
Bishop Withers is a man of great faith, a man of prayer and a man rooted and grounded in the Word of God. He is the Jurisdictional Prelate for Arkansas First Jurisdiction. He pastors Williams Temple COGIC and Holy Temple COGIC in Little Rock, Arkansas. Additionally, he serves the National Church of God in Christ faithfully by spearheading the C.H. Mason Prayer War Room at Holy Convocation and in many other areas.

He and Lady Joyce Withers, have served the Williams Temple Church Of God In Christ for over 40 years. The Lord has blessed the ministry to be a beacon of light for the city of Little Rock, Arkansas. Â
