Who we are
We aim to be a friendly welcoming church open to people of all ages and backgrounds. What kind of church are we?
We are an Anglican Church which means we are part of the Church of England and the worldwide Anglican Communion.
We are an Evangelical Church which means that we take God’s Word, the Bible, as our supreme authority in all that we do and believe and that we place a top priority on proclaiming the Good News about Jesus.
We are a Parish Church which means we have a special responsibility and care for the people who live within our parish boundaries, as well as being involved in God’s work in the rest of the town, the Diocese, and, indeed, the world.
As an evangelical church we are committed to the supreme authority of Holy Scripture in all matters of faith and conduct. Our essential core commitments are to bible teaching and evangelism. Here is our doctrinal statement.
We affirm our belief in:
The sovereignty and grace of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in creation, providence, revelation, redemption, and judgement.
The divine inspiration and authority of the whole Bible as the word of God.
The sinfulness of fallen man making him subject to God’s condemnation.
The sacrifice of the Lord Jesus in my place as the sole means of redemption from sin and its consequences.
The justification of the sinner solely by God’s grace, through faith in Christ crucified, risen and ascended.
The recreating and sanctifying work of God the Holy Spirit.
The witness of all believers who form the Church in proclaiming the Gospel world-wide.
The expected visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory.

Holy Trinity Church Service Times
Sundays
8 am Communion on the first Sunday of every month, using the Book of Common Prayer.
9.15 am: A contemporary style service. Mainly modern worship songs with some of the best hymns from the past led by our 9.15 worship band.
11 am: A more traditional style. A mixture of well-known hymns and newer songs led by the choir, the organ and the piano.
4 pm: Just like the 9.15 service but even more informal with afternoon tea afterwards. Particularly appreciated by families whose kids play Sunday morning sport.
7 pm: Our 7 pm band leads the music. There is an emphasis on solid bible teaching related to everyday life. Coffee & snacks and plenty of time to chat concludes the evening.
Wednesdays
10 am on Wednesday for Rendezvous. A 45-minute service with well-known hymns followed by an extended time of coffee and chat.
It's been more than 7 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.
