Who we are
Welcome to Knox Presbyterian Church. At Knox we want to provide a place where people will experience the transforming love of Jesus and all that means for their life. This experience may happen at either of our Sunday services at the 9am traditional service or the 10.30am contemporary service, or it may happen at one of the many activities that occur either here at Knox or in our people’s homes, throughout the week.
Knox is a community dedicated to the worship of God – loving, valuing and ministering to people of all ages. We are a ‘come as you are’ church, welcoming into the church family people from all backgrounds, aiming always to bring God glory and to lift up the name of Jesus Christ (Real People).
We believe that through the Gospel, God calls all people to make a personal commitment to Jesus as Saviour and Lord that we would grow in relationship with Him, grounding our lives in the truth of the Bible, devoting ourselves to prayer, and seeking constantly to be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit (Real Hope).
We desire that all would grow as disciples of Jesus knowing the fullness that life in Christ has to offer. To be equipped for Christian living and service we will be actively involved in worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and mission (Real Life).

Knox Presbyterian Church History
Let no darkness overtake me
Visit, I beseech thee, O Lord, this habitation with thy mercy, and me with thy grace and salvation. Let thy holy angels pitch their tents round about and dwell here, that no illusion of the night may abuse me, the spirits of darkness may not come near to hurt me, no evil or sad accident oppress me; and let the eternal Spirit of the Father dwell in my soul and body, filling every corner of my heart with light and grace. Let no deed of darkness overtake me; and let thy blessing, most blessed God, be upon me for ever, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
