Lakeview Bible Church is determined above all to be a gospel centered fellowship, unwaveringly devoted to God and His Word. We seek to live and love as Christ does, giving ourselves fully to the glory of God and to His gospel mission. To that end we attempt to provide opportunity for every member to serve and use their God given gifts for the establishment of His Kingdom.

Leader Bio:
As the primary teaching pastor, Nigel has a strong desire to faithfully teach the truths of Scripture. Before coming to Lakeview Bible Church in 2007 he served as the chaplain for the Toronto Blue Jays. Nigel and his wife, Janice, have five children. His pastoral ministry has spanned several countries over the last 20 years.
Nigel earned a Bachelor’s degree from Briercrest Bible College in Bible and Theology, a Master’s Degree in Theology from Trinity Western University, and a Ph. D. in Theology from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit Van Pretoria. Nigel has completed additional Post Graduate Doctoral Studies at Queen’s University, Belfast NI and at the University of Wales in Old Testament.

We seek to see children and youth learn and grow in the Lord through bible teaching and scripture memorization which are foundational components of Sunday School we adhere to. We desire to guide and equip children in order that they develop a biblical foundation for faith.
Time: Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
Grades: “My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and
K – 1 united in love so that they may have the full riches of
2 – 4 complete understanding, in order that they may know
5 – 7 the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are
8 – 12 hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”
