Who we are
We are now in our sixth year of pastoring at Living Streams Christian Church and we are very passionate to see the power of God at work in transforming lives.
We believe God to see Aussies saved, set free and growing in Christ. Every person has a role to fulfil in the church and is called to make a difference in the world.
We seek to release Spiritual Gifts and the power of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer and in identifying, discipling and raising up leaders in the body of Christ.

The virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension and abiding intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ, his second coming and millennial reign
Justification and sanctification of the believer through the finished work of Christ

Sunday Morning Children's Ministry
Bubbles: 2-5 year olds
The Kidzstream program at Living Streams caters for 2-5 year olds in our specially set up playgroup room. We aim to teach children of the love of Jesus in a caring, creative, fun environment. A roster of parents cares for the children and parents are welcome to stay. The room adjoins an outside fenced playground and sandpit.
Splash: Prep - Grade 3 & X-Stream: Grade 4-6
Splash is our introduction program for preps to year three and X-Stream caters for upper/middle primary from year 4 to 6. Currently using the Australian written CEP curriculum with a variety of volunteer teachers from Year 9 to Uni students and parents. We aim to strengthen and support the children in their faith in a fun, creative learning environment.

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. (1 Timothy 4:12)
Young Disciples is the name of our youth group for high school aged kids that runs every Friday night through the school term.
We are passionate about seeing our youths hearts set on fire for God and being transformed more and more into the likeness of Christ. We want to see our youth released out into the world, particularly their high schools, being living testaments to the truth and power of God. If you are at the high school age and are free on Friday nights we welcome you to come along have some fun and encounter God.

Living Streams Community Care
Practical Help with Food Relief for Those in Need
Living Streams Community Care currently operates a Food Bank which annually assists 350-400 families requiring emergency food relief. Typically, they include those suffering from mental illness, drug and alcohol addictions, single parents, victims of domestic violence, the unemployed, elderly and the homeless.
The Food Bank is currently staffed by a team of volunteers, headed up by our Co-ordinator, Belinda Aston. Their various functions include interviewing people, packing the needed supplies, collecting food items from Foodbank Victoria and other various donors, storing food and delivering food to those who do not have transport or are not mobile.
Living Streams Community Care also offers emergency assistance, support & pastoral care to those in need. If you would like to find out more about being a volunteer or if you require help, please fill in the contact us form.
