Who we are
Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (LCMS) is a loving, vigorous, and growing congregation in Clinton, Mississippi. Although we are the original LCMS congregation in the Jackson area, our vision is toward the future: Our Children, Our Ministry, and Our Outreach. Our goal is to embrace all people in our hearts and fellowship as we strive together to support Christ's mission on earth.
If you are looking for a church home, we welcome you to join our family here! We believe you will find us to be a loving, caring, and friendly congregation! Here at Our Redeemer we believe you are special and very important! Most of all, Jesus knows that! That is why He died on the cross; for you, for me, and for the whole world! That is why He rose from the grave; for you, for me, and for the whole world.
Come hear more about Jesus' plans for you at Our Redeemer!
You are loved!

Local outreach & community activities
Nursing Homes: A group of dedicated members in our congregation have for years maintained an active program of visitation and love for residents of surrounding community nursing homes.
Angel Tree:Every Christmas our members provide gifts for the children of people in prison, who cannot give their children gifts themselves.
Lutheran Social Services of Ms Inc:For larger needs beyond our resources we support our local chapter of Lutheran Social Services with regular donations and use of our facilities and human resources for special programs, such as Project Hope, a past project which trained welfare mothers for jobs where they could build self-esteem as well as support themselves. Teach us to serve Thee
Teach us, good Lord, to serve Thee as Thou deservest: To give and not to count the cost; To fight and not to heed the wounds; To toil and not to seek for rest; To labour and not ask for any reward, save that of knowing that we do Thy will.
