It dose not matter what nationality you, all are welcome at PowerHouse Church of God. Reverend Solomon was raised in a Christian home, where he did not have a choice, He had to attend Church... His loving Mother and Father did not only teach their children to serve the Lord, but they lead by example.
Reverend Solomon’s Family background are filled with siblings that are Pastors, Ministers and Evangelists…
Reverend Solomon attended bible college at Lee University, in Cleveland Tenn. At lee he was also a member of the Evangelistic Singers and Pioneers for Christ.
He received his BS Degree in Telecommunication Management from DeVry University and his Master’s degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
He worked in corporate America with several of the fortune 500 companies like, Ernest and Young, ETRADE financial, SunTrust Bank, FairIsaac Corporation and as a dual career minister he is currently a Senior Manager with FISERV corporation.
To better serve his church and community, he continued his education and received Doctor of Ministry Degree BU and his PhD with a concentration in Christian Counseling from Northwestern.
For Reverend Solomon it is not about degrees or accolades, it is about the calling on his life to serve other as God leads and be a true servant leader.
He has served as Outreach Pastor, Assistant Pastor, District Youth and Christian Education Director, Associate Minister and Church Elder.
Reverend Solomon loves to Study, Study the word of God, having read the bible from cover to cover several times.
He enjoys Reading, Playing Golf, and Bowling when he can find time.
He is passionate and serious about his walk with God. His favorite scripture is. 2 Timothy 2:15
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
