What are we?
We are a community of believers, gathered around the Word of God and the Sacraments for the mutual strengthening of our Faith together.
What do we believe, teach, and confess?
We believe that everyone is born sinful and in need of a savior. It is impossible for us to save ourselves.
In order to save us, God the Father sent His Son, Jesus, to pay the price that we could not and save us from our sins, from eternal death, and the power of the Devil.
We can only believe this because of the working of the Holy Spirit. It is Him that "calls, gathers, and enlightens" so that we can be the people of God.
What do we do?
We serve God. We believe that everything we are and have is a gift from God to be used in service to Him. We use our gifts in service to Him by helping and serving those in our communities and homes as they have need.
