Saint Peter's Church Service Times
Sunday
8am Spoken Eucharist
The 8am is a simple, short, yet meaningful service with no music, but using words and prayers that the church has been using for hundreds of years. It is a quiet service.
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour
9.30am Traditional Communion
The 9.30am service is a Communion service every week. There is a choir and organ, and the service uses the words and prayers of the liturgy that the church has been using for many hundreds of years. The service finishes at 10.30am where coffee, tea, and cake is served in our parish centre right next door to the church.
Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
11am Morning Service
This service is more informal than the other services on a Sunday. The first Sunday of the month is a Communion service, the third Sunday of the month is an All Age Communion service - this means there is no formal Children’s Church, but that we all worship together. The second and fourth Sunday of the month are Worship and Word.
At this service we try and make our worship simple, but meaningful and relevant to the present day. It is a space in the week where people are welcome to come and explore faith, as well as a place for those who have had faith for a long time and want that faith to grow and develop.
There is both a crèche and a Children’s Church at the 11am Morning Service.
Turn up at 10.30am for tea, coffee, and cakes!
Every Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
It's been more than 7 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.

"Yes, Lord"
"Yes, Lord! Jesus, I give all of this to you. Jesus," I just started out a dream for my neighbourhood. "I didn't ask you to make me a messenger to the world. I just wanted to love my neighbours. But Jesus, here it is. Here's my future, here's my loneliness, here are all the pressures, here are the criticism", and I gave Him everything. And I told Him to take me again and I would try to make "Yes, Lord" the continuing motto of my life..
