Who we are
Our congregation is a loving and caring community of faith. We are diverse in age, background, and culture and are very proud of this. As a pastoral church, worship is central to our community life.
In our unique urban setting our lives are filled with change and we relish the intellectual stimulation and challenge which arises from this diversity. Faith formation and education play an integral role in our community as we share the story and experience of faith in Christ in the urban core.
Our present church building was dedicated at Easter in 1983. Its modern innovative design encompasses three stories and a basement which opens on 300 underground parking spaces, available each Sunday. The wonderful, flexible worship space and modern facilities for meetings are fully accessible with full elevator service.
The vision of a vibrant and just ministry in the heart of downtown Toronto is supported by the long term leasing structure and precedent setting property redevelopment project that enables our outreach and mission to thrive here at Yonge & Bloor, the busiest intersection in Canada.

May your light illuminate our hearts
Eternal God, this holy night is radiant with the brilliance of your one true light. May that light illuminate our hearts and shine in our words and deeds. May the hope, the peace, the joy, and the love represented by the birth in Bethlehem this night fill our lives and become part of all that we say and do. May we share the divine life of your son Jesus Christ, even as he humbled himself to share our humanity. Amen.
