St Hilda's Priory Chapel is a Church of England church in Whitby, North Yorkshire.

We are a fellowship of believers, made in God's image and called as disciples of Christ to share the Good News with everyone through learning, listening, praying and working together actively to reach out to our communities.

St Hilda's Priory Chapel Service Times

Sung Eucharist
A Sung Eucharist which takes place every Sunday throughout the year. The Sisters of the Order of the Holy Paraclete welcome a local congregation made up of people who have connections with the Order, and visitors to Whitby.
Refreshments are available after the Eucharist some weeks; the dates are advertised in the (Chapel) porch and in the pew leaflet.
Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Lauds (Morning Prayer)
Lauds is the first prayer of the day in the Divine Office used by the Sisters of OHP. The Sisters sing plain chant canticles and a hymn, and recite the set psalms for the day.
Every Sunday at 7:30 AM for ½ hour
Sung Eucharist

Vespers (Evening Prayer)
Vespers is the evening prayer of the day in the Divine Office used by the Sisters of OHP. The Sisters sing plain chant canticles and a hymn, and recite the set psalms for the day. Incense is always used at Vespers on a Sunday.
Solemn Vespers occurs on major Feast Days throughout the year, including Christmas, Easter and Pentecost.
Every Sunday at 4:30 PM for ½ hour
