St John the Baptist welcomes Christians and those who seek to connect to Christianity in the Newport area.
We aim to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-changing Christian journey.

Our vision is to make an impact for God, here in Newport, Isle of Wight by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds.

St John's Luncheon Club, the ' Comeback Club' provides good food and good company every Wednesday in St John's Community Hall. Coffees and teas served from 10 - 11 30 am . At 12 00 a freshly cooked two course lunch plus drinks at a cost of £4.00, followed by entertainment and a chance to chat. Please book your lunch by 10 30 a.m. by phoning 07582423657. "Yes, Lord! Jesus, I give all of this to you. Jesus," I just started out a dream for my neighbourhood. "I didn't ask you to make me a messenger to the world. I just wanted to love my neighbours.
