Who we are
We are a small congregational church in the heart of Gloucester started in 1788, then moved to the current building in 1958, service have taken place here from then on .
As a church we like to welcome everyone who visits us.
We have services every Sunday at 10:30am and all who love Jesus are welcome to join us, the service lasts between 45min to an hour and on the first Sunday in the month we have Holly communion and on the second Sunday we do Tea and Coffee after the service.

St Mary's Congregational Church History
The original St Mary's Hall situated in St Mary's Square was bought by Selina, Countess of Huntingdon in 1788 for the Gloucester followers of George Whitefield, the famous 18th Century preacher. The Church has evolved over the years and now stands in its replacement building (c.1958) as a Congregational Church which welcomes one and all to both morning and evening Sunday Services at 10.30am and 6.30pm. Wheelchair friendly and has disabled Toilets.
