Monday
STITCH, KNIT & NATTER
Meet in the village hall on second Monday of the month between 2pm and 3.30pm. Join us if you can. Bring your stitching and £1 (towards hall hire). We have tea bags!
Every second Monday at 2:00 PM for 1½ hours
Wednesday
Bellringing practice
Tuition with tied clappers for initial bell control usually starts at 6.45pm (not on Feb 17 and March 30, 2016) but phone 01327 871806 to check before travelling! Normal practice starts at 7.30pm. Attendance averages 11. We have recently had a lot of improvers from local towers and our special methods (Stedman Doubles and Surfleet Surprise Minor) have become rather rare events- but it all depends who comes along! Contact 01327 871806 for further details.
We ring for 30-45 minutes before advertised Sunday services.
Visiting and lapsed ringers always welcome. New recruits welcomed with open arms!
Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM for 1½ hours
until Monday 31st December 2018
Friday
TEA & MEET
Have you ever thought that you haven't seen anyone for a while or just need an excuse to get out of the house for an hour? Drop in to the village hall for a cup of tea with delicious home-made cakes perhaps before collecting the children from school. Great cakes. Great company. Great gossip! Come along and join the fun. Help and cakes gratefully received.
Every first Friday at 2:00 PM for 1½ hours

I am in Thy Presence
Help me, Lord, to remember that Christianity is not to be confined to the church ... nor exercised only in prayer and meditation, but that everywhere I am in Thy Presence.
