Every second and fourth Sunday at 8:00 AM for 50 minutes
Family Service with Communion
A monthly service suitable for all the family (young, old or in-between) especially parents/carers and children that ends with a shortened communion and is followed by refreshments.
Every first Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Holy Communion
Common Worship Order 2 - usually with 5 hymns and a partially sung setting (Shaw)
Every third Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Benefice Holy Communion
The service alternates between St. Mary's and the parish of Hanborough. For details, please see the Freeland Grapevine magazine or contact the churchwardens.
Every fifth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Taize Service
This monthly service follows the style used in the Taize Community in France with singing, prayer and readings. It is a wonderful way to end a busy day and set up for the new week ahead. Highly recommended.

Wednesday
Babies and Toddlers at St Mary’s
The church of St. Mary-the-Virgin in Freeland welcomes all Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Carers and their pre-schoolers to this group with a Christian theme that meets each Wednesday in term time. We meet on an ad hoc basis during school holidays so do ask us for details.
There are toys and activities for children aged 0 - 4 yrs and we offer you the opportunity to play and chat over coffee and snacks so we can all enjoy the time together.

Dear God, help my unbelief. When I'm in pain, I forget that you care about me. I forget that you have helped me through my trials. I forget that you hold me in your arms to keep me safe. I forget that you are feeling my pain with me. I forget that you love me, I forget that I am important to you. Show me your presence - let me feel your enveloping love. Heal my hurting soul. Thank you for staying with me even in my unbelief.
