St Peter's Barge Service Times
Sunday
Sunday Services (10:30am)
Our Sunday Services are at 10:30am (with Sunday School and crèche) and 6pm. We meet to listen to what God has to say to us as the Bible is explained, and to praise him as we sing Christian hymns and songs, led by a group of musicians.
Free coffee and cake is served towards the end of the meeting, at which point there is an open forum offering the chance to ask questions or make comments related to the theme from the Bible for that evening. After the meeting many people stay around on the Barge or go to nearby venues to enjoy food and drink together. Our Sunday services are a great place to meet other Christians living in the area, or to come and explore further the Christian claims.

Empower me
Empower me to be a bold participant, rather than a timid saint in waiting; to exercise authority of honesty, rather than to defer to power or deceive to get it; to influence someone for justice, rather than impress anyone for gain; and by grace, to find treasures of joy, of friendship, of peace hidden in the fields you give me daily to plow.
