Leader Bio:
I was ordained in 1998 and I love being a pastor because I love the church. We come together simultaneously flawed and forgiven, saint and sinner. We come together each week to hear God’s word and to share the peace of Christ with one another, to remember that we are God’s daughters and sons empowered to do God’s work in the world. I love to teach about God’s love for all people and how we know God better through the life and teachings of Jesus.
I am blessed with a smart and handsome husband whom I love and wonderful wacky children, two adorable granddaughters and an amazing grandson. My husband Eric and I live in Hedgesville with our two youngest children and our dogs.
I like stonewalls, flowers and rainbows. I love to travel and take walks and read. My favorite verse from the Bible is Micah 6:8…”What does the Lord require of you, but to do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with your God?” This is the passage that guides my steps in life; this is how I strive to live.
I invite you to come to worship at St. Peter’s or St. James. I would love to get to know you!
