Who we are
Jesus was all about community. He clearly encouraged us to ‘love one another as I have loved you’. Abiding in love is an essential component of human life, as well as of our Christian identity. We are made richer, stronger and more faithful by coming together in our diversity of views and opinions and experiences. God invites us to see our differences not as a liability but as an invitation: to become more by opening ourselves to one another and to our varied views.
Here at St Simon’s, we are, even as we seek to become ever more so, a house of belonging for all people. David Whyte asserts “there is no greater house than a house of belonging.” Ultimately we find our greatest sense of belonging in our Creator and our Source, the God of Love, who calls us to live into the house of belonging with one another, as the Body of Christ.
If you are new and would like to provide us your information so that we can connect you with the various events and groups, you can fill out our Visitor Form. Also, if you’ve already visited and are interested in becoming joining our community, you can submit the New Member Form. Lastly, whether you’re new or you not, you can also sign up to receive our weekly Reflections from Pastor Elizabeth as well as Updates and Events.

Help me pray
Grant that I may not pray alone with the mouth; help me that I may pray from the depths of my heart.
