Who we are
We're a dynamic Baptist church made up of people from all walks of life and from many different nations. We love to see new people and are confident that you'll feel right at home. Our Sunday morning service begins at 11, with a warm welcome and an invitation to join us in celebrating the good news about Jesus. Our Sunday service is vibrant and lively as we lift up His name together. We expect God to meet with us and speak to us.
We're also active in our local community, working alongside other agencies and running projects that express the love of God in a practical way.
Vision and Values
To Follow Jesus, Together, To Change the World. We believe that as followers of Jesus we have a responsibility and a mandate to help people build strong relationships with God and others, in turn transforming lives and impacting others with the good news of the Gospel.
As we grow together we desire to reach out and make a real difference in our local community and beyond.
We seek to present the timeless message of Jesus Christ in a clear and fresh way.

Sunday School / Children and Youth Activities

Kids' Church
In Kids' church we aim to Inspire Kids that God is relevant and fun.
On a Sunday we all spend the first 25 minutes worshipping together, as a wider community of believers, before moving the children to their age appropriate groups. The kids' groups finish 15 minutes after the end of the service at 12.15pm, allowing parents the opportunity to get a coffee and chat before collecting their kids. Our three age groups are:
Crèche
This is for children aged 3 months to 3 years. Its a lovely fun space up in room 4 upstairs. Here there is lots of free play with our fun toys. If there are any concerns with your little one, during the service, one of our great team will come and find you.
JAM (Jesus and Me)
This is our interactive group for children aged 3,4 and 5 years. In this group we have free play but also look at stories from the bible, make crafts and sing some great songs. This is upstairs in room 3.
G4U2 (God's for Us too!)
This is our lively group for kids in school years 1-6. We meet in the big hall on the ground floor Here we have a fast moving multimedia session: singing songs, playing games, having group activities and are currently watching a fantastic series called What's in the Bible.
We are working our way through the bible finding out what its all about and where we fit into it. We have a monthly slot called "Kids on the couch" where the kids are encouraged to tell us how God has answered their prayers in the past month. Each week we have a "good news slot" where we ask the kids to tell us their good news in exchange for a sweet (this is always popular!!)
If you would like more information about any of the activities in Kids' Church please use the Contact Us form and we'll get back to you.

Light of the World
Jesus, the Light of the World, as we celebrate your birth... may we begin to see the world in the light of understanding you give us. As you chose the lowly, the outcasts, and the poor to receive the greatest news the world had ever known, so may we worship you in meekness of heart. May we also remember our brothers and sisters less fortunate than ourselves in this season of giving. Amen.
