Who we are
We are a biblically focused, Christ-centred local church with a big heart for people. We see God actively changing people’s lives today, and we desire to see many more people come to believe in Jesus, put their faith in Him, and receive the gift of abundant and eternal life.
Our passion is to see lives changed, influencing our town of Pocklington for Jesus, positively impacting the East Riding of Yorkshire and the whole nation, and inspiring hope to a broken world. We are also passionate about being the kind of place where people of different cultures, backgrounds, experiences, genders or colours can find belonging, and being the kind of church where people can become more like Jesus and possess the plans and purposes God has for them.
While we recognise different people have different needs, we all worship side by side and acknowledge God loves us all the same.

Driving Directions to Pocklington Christian Fellowship
Travel/Direction Tips
We are in the centre of Pocklington, a market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our building is situated near the centre of Pocklington and is in use in various ways for most days of the week. There are three main routes into Pocklington
From York on the A1079, turn off at Barmby Road (B1246), follow the road and turn right at the T-junction by the garage, take the first left onto Chapmangate. PCF is about 100 yards into Chapmangate on the left.
From Hull on the A1079, turn right down the Balk (B1247), go straight on at three roundabouts and turn right straight after a zebra crossing, PCF is about 100 yards into Chapmangate on the left.
From Driffield on the B1246, follow the road which leads onto Chapmangate. We are on the right-hand side, 100 yards from the end of the road.

Make me stand out
Father, make of me a crisis man. Bring those I contact to decision. Let me not be a milepost on a single road; make me a fork, that men must turn one way or another on facing Christ in me.
