教会的目标用一句话概括就是“以顺服荣耀神，凭圣灵做见证”。在日常生活中以顺服耶稣来荣耀神，靠着圣灵的能力传福音， 为主做见证。每个信徒都在社区、工作的地方、学校、家庭发光，成为一名“宣教士。”

教会的使命是跟随圣灵的带领，在卡城、亚省、加国凡有中国大陆移民集居的地方 （与当地教会合作）传福音，开始教会。
