中国福音教会是加拿大温哥华是一家以新移民群体为主要服侍对象的国语基督教会。每主日分别在本拿比，温哥华举行聚会。成人聚会以国语进行，青少年、儿童活动以国英双语进行。

中国福音教会简介
1995 年夏， 几位大陆来的基督徒聚在一起， 祷告分享， 深感神已经动了美好的善工， 要在北美兴起新的教会， 专门从事大陆留学生和新移民的福音工作， 为神的国度作见证， 也为神在中国大陆的福音计划培养造就精兵。
于是， 一个小小的祷告会开始了。奇妙的是， 建新教会没有经费，神通过祂的一位仆人， 把在列治文的房子卖了， 献给祷告会十万加币； 祷告会没有聚会点， 神又让祂的仆人预备了免费聚会的地方；没有同工，神也通过祂大能的手， 把同工召集起来。
两年风雨， 两年等待，让弟兄姊妹们看到了神美好的旨意， 看到圣灵大能的工作， 看到耶稣从无到有创造的大能， 终于， 1997 年，中国福音教会在温哥华扬帆起航。
十多年来， 教会单单仰望主耶稣基督， 坚守传福音的异象。教会虽然以大陆同胞为传福音的对象，但不划地为牢， 敞开大门， 先后有来自港台甚至美国的传道人同工来教会服侍， 2002 年十一月份起 , 罗华庆牧师担任主任牧师。 教会中几位老弟兄虽然高龄， 但依靠主的力量， 服事弟兄姊妹， 为教会作守望的工作， 各届同工也是带职事奉， 尽心尽力为主作工， 追求灵命的成长。于 2005 年 8 月在列治文地区开始了第一家分堂． 2008 年春节在大温哥华另一华人聚居的地区素里开设了分堂 。 2012 年 7 月在温哥华开设了第四个分堂。前后给 超过 600 位大陆同胞施洗，使他们归与主的门下。并在弟兄姐妹分布居住的整个答问地区开设了二十多个小组，互相关怀照顾，一同学习圣经，点亮了福音登台。同时，各堂都设立了健全的儿童和青少年事工，培育下一代健康成长，成为新老移民在大温哥华的温馨大家庭。
中国福音教会， 靠着主的恩典， 迈开信心的脚步， 在弟兄姐妹们生命中，充满了美好的见证， 在温哥华这个新移民集聚的地方， 建立温馨的主爱大家庭，成为真理的灯台。 为此，弟兄姊妹们满怀感恩的心情， 向基督耶稣献上赞美。 中国福音教会使命宣言:
信靠基督 ── 建立以基督为中心的坚定而有活力的信仰基础和信心生活。 心系中华 ── 以中华同胞为主要关怀和特色，推行新移民和大陆福音事工。 立足本国 ── 以实际行动帮助弟兄姊妹在此时此地安家立业，成为本国的祝福。 胸怀普世 ── 与各文化源流教会和福音机构配搭，参与完成跨文化的普世福音大使命。
