Who we are
EVANGELICAL
We are Evangelical in our understanding of salvation. We believe that salvation is a work of God from beginning to end. As such, it is for His glory alone that God saves people. He saves mankind by His grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross and by no other means.
REFORMED
As a Reformed church, we find our roots firmly planted in the Reformation and on the truths for which men and women gave their lives to preserve. Therefore, in our theology, we believe that the Bible, in its original manuscripts, is the inerrant and infallible Word of God and the only true source for faith and life for the believer. As a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America our church officers adhere to the Westminster Confession of Faith, Larger and Shorter Catechism.
PRESBYTERIAN
As Presbyterians, we believe that the form for church government that most faithfully represents the scriptures is that which is led by elders (overseers or under-shepherds of Christ), who are to lead the church in all spiritual matters and who are assisted in their task by deacons who serve the church in mercy ministry and facility care.

Abide in my heart
Come, Lord Jesus, and abide in my heart. How grateful I am to realize that the answer to my prayer does not depend on me at all. As I quietly abide in You and let Your life flow into me, what freedom it is to know that the Father does not see my threadbare patience or insufficient trust, rather only Your patience, Lord, and Your confidence that the Father has everything in hand. In Your faith I thank You right now for a more glorious answer to my prayer than I can imagine. Amen.
