መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን የግል አዳኝና ጌታው አድርጎ የተቀበለው በኦርቶዶክስ ተሀድሶ በቀድሞ አጠራሩ ኃይማኖተ አበው ተብሎ ይጠራ በነበረው የወጣቶች እንቅስቃሴ ውስጥ ሲሆን ይኸው እንቅስቃሴ በወቅቱ ከእናት ቤተክርስቲያን በደረሰበት ትጽዕኖና ስደት ምክኒያት ሲዳከም በአቅራቢያው ይገኝ ወደ ነበረው የብርሃነ ወንጌል መጥምቃውያን ቤተክርስቲያን በመሔድና የውሀ ጥምቀት ሥርዓት በመፈጸም የቤተክርስቲያኒቱ አበል ሆነ።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ በብርሃነ ወንጌል መጥምቃዊት ቤተክርስቲያን የ “ሀ” መዘምራን ውስጥ ለ8 ዓመታት አገልግሎአል። በተጨማሪ በዚህቹ ቤተክርስቲያን ውስጥ በመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ አስጠኚነት፣በጸሎት አገልግሎት አስተባባሪነት፣በወንጌል ሥርጭት ቡድን አባልነት፣በወርሀዊ የጥሞና መጽሔት ተባባሪ አዘጋጅነት፣በአምልኮ መሪነትና በሶሎ መዝሙር ፣ወደመጨረሻ ላይም የእግዚአብሔርን ቃል በማካፈል እያገለገለ እያለ በወቅቱ በተነሳው አገር አቀፍ የወንጌላውያን አማኞች ስደት ምክኒያት ጸሎት ቤቱ ሲዘጋ አባልነቱን ወደ መሠረተ ክርስቶስ ቤተክርስቲያን በመዛወር በአገልግሎት ምክንያት ወደ ሰሜን አሜሪካ እስከመጣበት ወቅት ድረስ በልዩ ልዩ መስክና ደረጃ ሲያገለግል ቆይቶአል።

በመሠረተ ክርስቶስ ቤተክርስቲያንም በረዳት ወንጌላዊነትና በወንጌላዊነት፣በተለይም የአዲስ አበባዋ አጥቢያ ተዘግታ የቤት ለቤት አገልግሎት ሲደራጅ በሁሉም የከተማይቱ ክፍሎች በመዘዋወር በቤት ኅብረቶች ቃሉን በማስተማርና በማስጠናት፣የጸሎትና የአምልኮ ፕሮግራሞችን በማስተባበር፣አዳዲስ አማኞችን ክትትል ትምህርት አስተምሮ በማጥመቅ፣የአገልግሎት ሥልጠናዎችን በመስጠት፣በተለይም በደቡብ አዲስ አበባ የተመሠረተችውን የ”ቴሌ ቡልጋሪያ” አጥቢያን ከቤት ውስጥ ኅብረት ጀምሮ በማዋቀርና የመሪዎችን ኮሚቴ መሥርቶና ራሱም የኮሚቴው አባልና ሰብሳቢ በመሆን ኅብረቱ ወደ አጥቢያነት እንዲያድግ ድጋፍ አድርጓል።

ከዚያም በመሪዎች ውሳኔ ወደ መሐል አዲስ አበባ ተዛውሮ በወንጌላዊነት፣በረዳት መጋቢነትና በዋና መጋቢነት በድምሩ ለ11 ዓመታት አገልግሎአል። በነዚሁ ዓመታትም ከአጥቢያዋ ሌላ በአዲስ አበባ ክልል መሠረተ ክርስቶስ ቤተክርስቲያን የወንጌል ሥርጭትና ቤተክርስቲያን ምሥረታ ኮሚቴ አባልና ጸሐፊ፣የክልሉ የሙሉ ጊዜ አገልጋዮች ኅብረት ሰብሳቢ፣የክልሉ ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኮሚቴ አባልና ጸሐፊ በመሆን አገልግሎአል።ከዚህ ሌላ በኢትዮጵያ መሠረተ ክርስቶስ ቤተክርስቲያን የአገር አቀፉ እረኝነት ኮሚቴ አባል፣እንደዚሁም የአገር አቀፉ ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኮሚቴ አባልና ጸሐፊ በመሆን አገልግሎአል።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ በዋናነት በሚታወቅበት የዝማሬ አገልግሎቱ በመላ ኢትዮጵያ በተዘረጉ የወንጌላውያን አብያተክርስቲያናት አጥቢያዎችና ዋና ጽሕፈት ቤቶች እንደዚሁም መንግሥታዊ ያልሆኑ ክርስቲያናዊ የዕርዳታ ድርጅቶች ውስጥ በኮንፈረንሶች፣በሥልጠናዎችና መደበኛ የአምልኮ ፕሮግራሞች ሁሉ ቃሉን በመስበክና በማስተማር እንደዚሁም በዝማሬና አምልኮ ሲያገለግል ኖሮአል።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ የእግዚአብሔር ፈቃድ ሆኖ ወደ አሜሪካን አገር ሳክራሜንቶ ከተማ ከመጣ በኋላ በቀድሞ ሥምዋ “የኢትዮጵያ ክርስቲያኖች ኅብረት ቤተክርስቲያን በሣክራሜንቶ” በአሁንዋ ቤቴል ወንጌላዊት ቤተክርስቲያን በሣክራሜንቶ በዋና መጋቢነት እያገለገለ ሲሆን፣ከዚህ ከሣክራሜንቶ ከተማ በመነሣት በመላ የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ ከተማዎች፣እንደዚሁም በካናዳ፣በአውሮፓና በደቡብ አፍሪካ ከተማዎች፣በተጨማሪም በአረብ አገራት እየተዘዋወረ ወንጌልን በማገልግል ላይ ይገኛል። የአገልግሎቱ ዋና ትኩረትም “በደቀመዝሙርነት የሕይወት (የባሕሪ) ግንባታ የቤተክርስቲያንን ተሐድሶ ማፋጠን”፣ እንደዚሁም “የምትነጠቅን ቤተክርስቲያን ለሙሽራዋ ማዘጋጀት” የሚል ነው። ትምህርቶቹም ሆኑ ዝማሬዎቹ በዚህ ርዕሰ ጉዳይ ዙሪያ የተቃኙ ናቸው።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ በመድረክ ከሚያቀርበው አገልግሎት ሌላ ልዩ ልዩ ርዕሶችን የሚዳስሱ ዝማሬዎቹን በ 13 አልበሞች (CDs) ለሕዝበ ክርስቲያኑ አቅርቦአል። እነኚህን ዝማሬዎች በሙሉ የያዘ የመዝሙር መጽሐፍም ለሕዝብ ያቀረበ ሲሆን ጠቅላላ የሕይወት ታሪኩን (Biography) እና የኢትዮጵያ ቤተክርስቲያናት በስደት (በአብዮቱ) ዓመታት በምን ዓይነት መንገድ እንዳለፈችና እንደተባዛችም የሚተነትን ትልቅ መጽሐፍ ጽፎ በማቅረብ ለሕዝብ በረከት እንዲሆን አድርጓል።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ በትምህርት ረገድ ከሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርቱ በኋላ በተግባረ ዕድ የሙያና የቴክኒክ ትምህርት ቤት በኤሌክትሪክ በዲፕሎማ የተመረቀ ሲሆን እዚህ ዩናይተድ ስቴትስ ከመጣ በኋላ ከኤፒክ ባይብል ኮሌጅ (Trinity life Bible College) በፓስቶራል ሊደርሺፕ ሜጀር ብባችለርስ ዲግሪ ተመርቋል።

መጋቢ ታምራት ኃይሌ ከባለቤቱ ወይዘሮ ጽጌ ረታ ጎበና እንደዚሁም ከልጆቻቸው ዳግማዊ ታምራት፣ወንጌል ታምራት፣ኢያሱ ታምራትና ካሌብ ታምራት ጋር በሣክራሜንቶ፣ካሊፎርኒያ ይኖራል።

Pastor Tamrat Haile accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and Lord in the youth movement which was known as Haimainote Abew in the Orthodox Reformation.

Pastor Tamrat Haile has served in the 'A' choir of Birhane Gospel Baptist Church for 8 years. In addition, he was serving in this church as a Bible teacher, prayer service coordinator, member of the gospel distribution team, co-editor of the monthly magazine, worship leader and solo singer, and finally sharing the word of God. He has been serving in various fields and levels until the time he came to North America due to moving the church.

He founded the Church of Christ as an assistant evangelist and evangelist, especially when the Addis Ababa area was closed and organized door-to-door services. 'Bulgaria' by structuring the local union from the house and forming a committee of leaders and himself as a member and chairman of the committee, he supported the union to grow into a local one.

Then, by the decision of the leaders, he moved to the center of Addis Ababa and served as an evangelist, assistant pastor and chief pastor for a total of 11 years. During these years, he also served as a member and secretary of the Evangelism Spreading and Church Establishment Committee of the Addis Ababa Region Basand Christ Church, the chairman of the region's full-time ministers' union, a member and secretary of the region's management committee. He served as a member and secretary of the management committee.

Pastor Tamrat Haile is mainly known for his singing ministry in the parishes and head offices of evangelical churches spread across Ethiopia as well as in non-governmental Christian aid organizations in conferences, trainings and regular worship programs by preaching and teaching the word as well as singing and worshiping.

Pastor Tamrat Haile came to the American city of Sacramento as the will of God and is serving as the head pastor of the current Bethel Evangelical Church in Sacramento under its former name 'Ethiopian Christians United Church in Sacramento'. He is traveling in Arab countries and serving the gospel. The main focus of the ministry is 'accelerating the reformation of the church through the building of life (character) through discipleship', as well as 'preparing the raptured church for its bride'. Both the lessons and the chants revolve around this subject.

Pastor Tamrat Haile, apart from his services on stage, has offered his songs to the public in 13 albums (CDs) covering various topics. He also presented a book of hymns containing all these songs to the public, and he made it a blessing to the public by writing a large book that analyzes the way the Ethiopian churches have passed and multiplied during the years of exile (revolution).

In terms of education, Pastor Tamrat Haile graduated with a diploma in electrical engineering from Practical Vocational and Technical School after high school, and after coming here to the United States, he graduated from Epic Bible College (Trinity Life Bible College) with a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Leadership.

Pastor Tamrat Haile lives in Sacramento, California with his wife Mrs. Tsige Reta Gobena as well as their children II Tamrat, Evangel Tamrat, Joshua Tamrat and Caleb Tamrat.

1982

In 1982, a group of born again Ethiopian Christians consisting of approximately five began a small Bible Study group in their home. The group eventually became large in number and decided to meet formally on Saturday evenings at Capital Christian Church, forming a formal church.

1994

In 1994, the church started looking for a better place of worship and found a bigger and better church facility at Fremont Presbyterian Church where it continued to grow, though at a slower pace. During the latter years of the ‘90s, a decision was made to incorporate the church to get official recognition by the State of California and the Federal governments. The church received recognition under the name of Ethiopian Christian Fellowship in Sacramento.

2004

Eventually, the church made a decision to get a full time pastor. After many years of genuine prayers, God intervened in His own way in bringing Pastor Tamirat Haile and his family from Ethiopia and the church was once again joyful about this miracle. The church installed him as a full time pastor in 2004, following the ordination by the mennonite Brethren Church.

2011

Through all this, Ethiopian Christian Fellowship in Sacramento purchased a church building and relocated to its current location at 7201 Florin Road in 2002 without a pastor. The seed that God planted in 1982 with five or so believers began to produce tangible results. Praise God. In just a few years after Pastor Tamirat began his pastoral ministry here in Sacramento, the church ran out of parking space – which some have called “a good problem to have”. Many souls were saved and continue to be saved and baptized. Following an observation of this tremendous growth, the Church also called and installed Pastor Abbayneh Yohannes as an assistance Pastor effective January 2011.
