Calvary Hill Church of God History
Calvary Hill was started in 1936, after evangelists preaching about Pentecost had come to Lawrence County some 81 years ago. The church was organized, and by the blessings of God, is a leading Pentecostal voice in Lawrence County. Calvary Hill built its current church building in 1986 and its Family Life Center in 1998.
