Who we are
We are a community of many hundreds from 50+ nations spanning all ages, backgrounds and cultures who are committed to bringing hope to people in the name of Jesus. We love our nation and want to see lives and culture transformed by the love, power and beauty of God flowing through us. At City Church we are intentional about raising disciples of Jesus - people who will be with Jesus, become like Jesus and do the things that Jesus did - and releasing them into their life purpose. Our heart is to see people saved, healed, set free and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the best disciples they can be. We are about the formation of people and the transformation of society. This is what our Discipleship Pathway, LifeTrack, is all about.

Dominic and Catherine are the Senior Leaders of City Church Cardiff, a thriving and dynamic Elim Pentecostal church in Wales.
Dominic is one of the national leaders of the Elim movement. He is a governor of Regents Theological College, sits on the Churches Together in England Enabling Group and is the Chair of the National Advisory Council for Tearfund Wales. Dominic is passionate about theology, apologetics, leadership, and empowering people to integrate faith with life.
Catherine is one of the trustee directors of Tearfund; is a member of the Evangelical Alliance Council; and is Kyria Network's National Leader for Wales. She is passionate about communication, leadership, and inspiring and equipping the Church to challenge injustice and transform society.
Together Dominic & Catherine also co-chair the Elim Justice Forum and serve on the Elim Wales leadership team.

In September 1929, City Church - or City Temple, as we were known then - was birthed in revival power.
Evangelist George Jeffreys began meetings at the Cory Hall. On that first night, two people were miraculously healed and the news spread rapidly. Across 51 consecutive nights, over 150,000 people attended, more than 3000 accepted Christ and hundreds of healings were witnessed.
