DESCRIPTION:Christmas 2015 Services Sunday 20th December : Carol Service Thursday 24th December is Christmas Eve Crib Service – 6 p.m. Midnight Mass – 11.45 p.m. Friday 25th is Christmas Day There will be a said celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 8a.m. The celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 9.30 a.m. is a somewhat livelier affair, with lots of carols. For the Holy Days following Christmas Day the Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on the following special days Saturday 26th December – St. Stephen Monday 28th December – Holy Innocents Sunday 27th December : We will celebrate the feast of St. John the Evangelist at our 8am and 9.30am services. Christmas Carols around the tree The Carol Service is at 6.30p.m. Regular Services Worship on Sunday 7.30am Morning Prayer (Common Worship) 8.00am Holy Eucharist - said (Common Worship Order 2) 9.30am Parish Eucharist - sung 6.30pm sung Evensong During the Week Monday 9.00am Holy Eucharist Tuesday 7.00pm Holy Eucharist Thursday 10.00am Holy Eucharist Friday 12noon Holy Eucharist Saturday 10am Holy Eucharist Principal Feast Days are often celebrated with a sung celebration of the Holy Eucharist in the evening. Details are available locally. The exposition of the blessed sacrament is part of Evensong on the first Sunday of the month. The church is normally open for private prayer every single day of the year, during daylight hours.
