DESCRIPTION:Sung Eucharist A Sung Eucharist which takes place every Sunday throughout the year. The Sisters of the Order of the Holy Paraclete welcome a local congregation made up of people who have connections with the Order, and visitors to Whitby. Refreshments are available after the Eucharist some weeks; the dates are advertised in the (Chapel) porch and in the pew leaflet. Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.   Sunday Lauds (Morning Prayer) Lauds is the first prayer of the day in the Divine Office used by the Sisters of OHP. The Sisters sing plain chant canticles and a hymn, and recite the set psalms for the day. Every Sunday at 7:30 AM for ½ hour Sung Eucharist A Sung Eucharist which takes place every Sunday throughout the year.
