SUMMARY:St. Mark's Episcopal Church Service Times
DESCRIPTION:SUNDAYS 9:30am Usually Holy Eucharist, occasionally Morning Prayer. With choir and musicians. Infants, toddlers, and children welcome. Check the calendar to see what's up this Sunday. 5pm, 1st Sundays (September through May) Taize—A candlelit, reflective time of short meditations and simple chants in the Taize tradition. (30 min) Afterward, there is a brief optional service of the Holy Communion for those who wish to remain. (10 min) 5pm, 2nd Sundays (September through May) "Welcome Table"—A celebration of the Holy Eucharist with our youngest members in mind: fewer words and more movement than our morning service. Offered September through April. Worship is followed by a pizza supper at 6pm. MID-WEEK Thursdays 12:10pm An intimate "Slow Church" celebration in the round. We draw from a wider range of liturgical resources than we do on Sunday mornings. Usually Holy Eucharist, occasionally Midday Prayer. Shared reflection in place of the sermon.
