DESCRIPTION:Sunday Holy Communion (BCP) Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour Bridges family service Bridges Family Service is every first Sunday in the month there is a 30 minute family service in Fakenham Parish Church at 9.30am. The Bridges Prayer sums up the idea behind the service that it should be a ‘bridge’ for people outside the church to feel comfortable crossing that ‘bridge’ and celebrating God’s love for us all wherever we are on our journey. This service is short and directed at the family with familiar hymns, short prayers and a Biblical theme. Bridges Prayer Loving God, as we make tentative steps towards you we find that the barriers between us were all of our own making. You build the bridge and come to meet us with a welcoming smile of joy. Loving God, fill us with your love, your joy, your life giving Spirit and walk with us in our lives today and every day. Amen. Every first Sunday at 9:30 AM for ½ hour Family Communion (CW) Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour Messy Church Messy Church is informal and for all the family. It’s a once-a-month time of creative activities, worship and sharing a meal together. We meet in Fakenham Parish Church on the second Sunday afternoon in the month, starting at 3.30pm and finishing at 5.30pm. There is a different theme each month. We start with a Welcome, followed by craft activities and games to suit all ages. We follow the theme through at the Celebration, where we sing and pray together. The afternoon finishes up with a shared tea of sandwiches, cake and drinks. Within two hours you will have made friends, enjoyed making things to take home and shared worship and a meal together! There is no need to book. Just come along with you family and friends. Every second Sunday at 3:30 PM for 2 hours Monday Parish Prayers Every Monday at 8:30 AM for ½ hour Steppping Stones Come and join us every Monday at 9.45am. For friendship, music, stories, toys and games. Every Monday (except Bank Holidays) Stepping Stones meets in the Trinity Room (inside Fakenham Parish Church) from 9.45am. There is no charge. Refreshments are provided free. No booking required. We begin with a short service which includes a story, a prayer, and lively songs. Every Monday at 9:45 AM for 2 hours Thursday Holy Communion Every Thursday at 9:30 AM for ½ hour Market Day Refreshments and Stall Every Thursday at 10:00 AM
