DESCRIPTION:Joint Service On occasion there is a fifth Sunday in a month, when we join with other Churches in our Benefice for a service of Holy Communion as follows: 29th November, 2015 - Talland: 31st January, 2016 - Lansallos: 29th May, 2016 - Lanteglos-by-Fowey: 31st July, 2016 - Lanreath and 30th October, 2016 - Pelynt. Every fifth Sunday at   Cream Tea Cream Tea as part of the 125 Festival Celebrations. £3.50 for a Cream Tea plus choice of cake or savoury, or you can have a 'cuppa' with a cake or savoury for £1.50. Raffle and Festival memorabilia also on sale. Sunday 29th May 2016 at 2:30 PM for 2 hours   Church Fete Church Fete in and around St. Saviour (inside if wet) as part of the 125 Festival celebrations Saturday 13th August 2016 at 2:00 PM for 2 hours   125 Quiz Why not try your hand at the '125 Quiz'. Quiz sheets, £1 each, available from Anne Allan or any '125 Festival Committee' Member from Saturday March 26th and should be returned by 31st August Wednesday 31st August 2016 at 12:00 AM   Sankey Evening Sankey Evening compered by Tamsin Thomas, followed by pasty supper as part of the 125 Festival Celebrations. Prizes for the 125 Quiz will be awarded at this event. Raffle and 125 memorabilia also on sale. Wednesday 28th September 2016 at 7:30 PM   History of St. Saviour Church Exhibition History of St. Saviour Church Exhibition. 125 Festival memorabilia also on sale. Daily from 22nd October to 25th October 9a.m. to 4p.m. Tuesday 25th October 2016 at 9:00 AM   End of Festival Eucharist End of 125 Festival Eucharist with Bishop Chris, followed by bring and share lunch. There will be St. Saviour 125 Festival' memorabilia on sale at events in St. Saviour throughout 2016 Sunday 8th January 2017 at 11:00 AM   Nativity Festival Nativity Festival as part of the 125 Festival Celebrations. A display of Nativity scenes made by local organisations - maximum size 2'/61cm in all dimensions. Prizes for best Nativity scenes! Entry forms available in St. Saviour church from 1st December. Nativity scenes to be in place by 10a.m. on 17th December and remain until after the 'End of Festival' Eucharist on January 8th. Open daily from 9a.m. to 4p.m. except when thre is a service taking place.
