SUMMARY:St Stephen Service Times
DESCRIPTION:Sunday Sunday worship The 8:00am service using the book of common prayer for a Eucharistic service. Every second and fourth Sunday at 8:00 AM for 1 hour Holy Communion Our 10:30am service uses Common Worship with hymns Every first third fifth and last Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 2nd Sunday - Worship The 2nd Sunday of the month is our informal family service. Every second Sunday at 10:30 AM for 50 minutes Monday Tower bell ringing Anyone is welcome to come and join our tower bells if aged between 10 and 60. We have practice nights on a monday and then we ring before the 10:30 service on sundays. We also ring for weddings and other special occasions. No ringing on bank holidays or in holy week. Every Monday at 6:30 PM for 1½ hours Tuesday Coffee Morning. Everyone is welcome to out coffee morning on Tuesdays and Fridays where we rase money for church funds through the sale of tea, coffee, and cakes ect. Church members are also available for informal chats. Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM Thursday Womans fellowship We meet across the road at the Ecumenical centre where we have a variety of different events such as visiting speakers, craft activities and trips. Every first Thursday at 2:30 PM Friday Coffee Morning. Everyone is welcome to out coffee morning on Tuesdays and Fridays where we rase money for church funds through the sale of tea, coffee, and cakes ect. Church members are also available for informal chats. Every Friday at 10:00 AM Handbell ringing Handbell ringing welcomes any one aged 3 to 14 to come and learn to read music. We ring the bells and play games through out the everning. We take part in occasional family services. Term time only Every Friday at 6:00 PM for 1½ hours
