DESCRIPTION:Sunday Worship We meet together for worship every Sunday at 10.00am at our building in Stocksfield. Our Sunday worship services incorporate many dimensions: Our worship style is a blend of traditional and modern music with a commitment to creativity and use of different media. Our preaching and teaching style aim to apply the unchanging truths and principles of the Bible to the challenges and complexities of 21st century living. We value the sacraments of baptism and communion and celebrate these regularly. We encourage the use of spiritual gifts such as prophecy and healing. Our morning worship includes a full programme of teaching and activities for children and young people, with a creche for pre-school children. On the first Sunday of every month we hold a special service where visitors are particularly welcome. 'First Sunday' offers contemporary music and other media, and explores key life issues from a Christian perspective. Our morning service is followed by a time for refreshments and chat. Visitors are warmly welcome to join us for our Sunday worship.
