I am Pastor Lon A. Taylor. I was born in Monterey, Tennessee and raised in Crossville, Tennessee.
I was saved in Dayton, Ohio in April 1970 and called to preach the Gospel of Salvation in Jesus Christ in 1971. I have been faithfully doing so for over 40 years. I and my wife Shirl have three children, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
I became Pastor of Howes Chapel in June 2018. We are a KJV Bible believing Baptist Church. Our Church consist of wonderful people dedicated to God's work.
