Who we are
Bethany Fellowship Full Gospel Church is a multi-generational, multi-cultural Pentecostal Church situated at 225 Lansdowne Road, Claremont, Cape Town, South Africa. We are the Claremont, Cape Town church of the Full Gospel Church of God in Southern Africa.
The Vision statement of Bethany Fellowship is "Bringing Healing and Restoration to the Family, Community and the Nations!"
With this in mind, we seek to be a community and family of Spirit-filled believers of faith who are caring, tolerant, and supportive. Our aim is to create a warm-hearted atmosphere of fellowship and relationship-building, with each other and with God. We desire to see lives transformed through the Word, expressive worship, and seeking the presence of God. We seek to bring others to the full knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ to impact our world for His glory.

Pastor Heather Bock grew up at Blessed Hope Fellowship Full Gospel Church in Steenberg. She started her ministry training in 1995 under Pastor Delores Smallberg doing church planting in Hanover Park. She assisted Pastor Smallberg in establishing the Hanover Park Full Gospel Church.
She completed her Divinity Diploma at Chaldo Bible Institute in 2004.
In 2005 she left Hanover Park and accepted the post of Assistant Pastor at Bethany Fellowship Full Gospel Church Claremont.
In 2007 she completed her Master’s Degree at the University of Western Cape.
In 2008 she took the post as Senior Pastor of Bethany Fellowship Full Gospel Church Claremont.
Pastor Heather married her husband Karl Bock in 2009.
Heather is currently working towards her Phd at the University of the Western Cape.
