Chenies Baptist Church is a place for all ages to grow in faith, hope and love. In a world where the advertisers deafen us and we are driven by the call to get more, more, more, at Chenies we are learning together to dance to a different tune. To give rather than get, to build relationships with God and each other rather than an excessive focus on “things”. At Chenies we want to learn together what it means to be a true follower of Jesus. We find gathering together on Sundays and in small groups really helps to discover how to live as true disciples in a complex and often confusing world.
We are discovering that God blesses when we seek to bless others and that a life of true greatness is one of great service at work, in our community and in our homes.
